Terms of Service
These terms apply to all cleaning services booked with Osman Cleaning Services in Dubai, UAE.
Quotes & Booking
All quotes are free and based on the details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. A booking is confirmed once we agree a date, time, and scope over WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Access & Utilities
Please ensure our team can access the property at the agreed time and that water and electricity are available. If our team cannot access the property, a call-out charge may apply.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may be charged to cover the reserved crew slot.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no extra cost.
Liability
Our teams are insured. Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or items that are unstable, fragile, or improperly fixed.
